- Applicants which fail to disclose any information which may hinder our ability to provide the service of

void.
- Any applicant who we deem to have given false testimony our details in relation to the CFF criteria and

requirements will render any money back guarantees as void.
- Any applicant that fails to update the financial status with Creative Finance Facility which may affect the

void.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted via postal mail using Creative Finance Facilities refund request form
which must be requested by you from your CFF Agent. If you receive a refund, your account will be removed
